Scrimale and Scrimale CPA’s, P.C. was formed in 1982 and has since been operating from its Solvay location as an active member of the Central New York community. Since our founding, we have strived to deliver a high quality professional service to each of our clients. All of our clients are afforded personalized attention by one of our two principals, which allows us to create long lasting and consistent professional relationships. Our firm is licensed to practice in New York State and offers accounting, tax planning and compliance, and business advisory services. All services are conducted in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Each member of our professional staff is involved in continuing professional education programs that ensure up-to-date expertise and a high quality of service.
Our reputation has been built on service. We pledge to work closely with each of our clients and respond quickly to their needs. We emphasize client involvement with one of the firm’s principals on a year round basis and not just at year-end.
The firm last went through quality control review in November 2018 and was issued a “clean” opinion, whereby our system of quality control for accounting and auditing practices met the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
We also affirm that no regulatory action against the firm or its professional staff members has been taken by an oversight body such as the State Education Department or Internal Revenue Service within the last three years, as affirmed by the November 2018 quality control review.
The firm has had extensive experience in dealing with federal and New York State agencies and departments through our tax, nonprofit and governmental clientele. We are also experienced with the Federal Single Audit requirements.
Scrimale and Scrimale CPA’s consists of two principals and two administrative staff. We affirm that the professionals assigned to provide your services meet all continuing professional education (CPE) requirements necessary to satisfy the United States General Accounting Office (GAO). Our professionals receive education and training through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
